Prague Lego Museum: yes, but for enthusiasts! (My opinion)
I’m sure many of you are wondering whether this is a visit worth making. Well, here’s my honest opinion.
Lego reproductions of famous monuments are simply incredible. You quickly realize the time, effort and creativity required to create these masterpieces. It’s a real plunge into a world dedicated to the passion of Lego.
I was also impressed by the number of reproductions in the Lego Museum. The creations are many and varied, ranging from famous movie scenes to urban landscapes. It’s a real feast for the eyes and an appreciation of the art of Lego construction.
That said, while the visit was interesting, it wasn’t fantastic either. I’m not a Lego enthusiast and much prefer more traditional museums. However, if you are a fan of these little bricks, your experience will probably be different from mine.
So I enjoyed the Lego Museum, but without any real enthusiasm. It has to be said that Prague’s charm lies in its old town, its bridges, its castles and its unique atmosphere. The Lego Museum, despite its qualities, failed to eclipse these gems.
So, is Prague’s Lego Museum worth a visit? My answer would be “yes”, but with reservations. If you’re a die-hard Lego fan, it’s a must see. If you’re like me, enjoying Lego without being a real fan, then it’s a nice experience to have, but not a priority during your stay in Prague.
